We offer the traditional zinc sulfate compound which is known to be a more aggressive pesticidal treatment. However we also offer the option of a more eco-friendly treatment, safe for plants and animals, in the form of a peroxide solution or sodium bicarbonate to bring up the PH levels of the moss to kill it.

Unless a roof is made out of metal or stone tile, we do not use any pressurized water to physically remove moss from the roof. Instead we use a soft bristle brush to remove as much of the moss as possible without damaging the shingles, and then allowing the treatment to take care of the rest.

The work we perform does not require a CCB since there is nothing constructionally being done to the property.
